- Billet Host Family: Please be at the Civic Centre at the time your billets arrive.
- Parking for Billet families is in the Civic Centre Parking lot, by the arena. Security will direct you.
- Please access the Auditorium via the outside side entrance. Coloured lights will mark the way.
- You will check in upon arrival on the stage in the auditorium and will be matched with your billet athletes once they have registered.
